How do I get the iTunes genius feature to make playlists without registering with the store?

When I try using the genius feature, it tells me to register for the store to use it. It is impossible for me to register since I dont have a credit card and even the paypal option tells me to enter a credit card number. Any way I can use this without logging into the store?
